Drug Trafficker Violates Probation, Returned to Prison

Clovis, NM – Ninth Judicial District Attorney, Andrea Reeb, announced that on March 31, 2021, David Devenport, age 49, was sentenced to serve the remaining part of his sentence, nine years, in the New Mexico Department of Corrections. Devenport was serving probation for second degree felonies of Trafficking Controlled Substances which he committed in 2016.

Former Clovis Police Officer Found Guilty of Embezzlement and Tampering with Evidence

Clovis, NM:  Ninth Judicial District Attorney, Andrea Reeb, announced that today, Francisco Hernandez, age 34, of Clovis, was found guilty by a Curry County jury of two petty misdemeanors: Embezzlement $250 or less and Tampering with Evidence.
